Welcome to QuadridesAfrica!
For a long time I wanted to travel to the "black"Africa, but so far it came “only” to North Africa and very beautiful journeys into the Sahara.
Now it will start: I drive to Africa. 20,000 kilometers good roads and worst runways. Humans, stranger cultures and landscapes wait on me and my Quadbike.
United for Africa is a common of approx. 30 organizations, like Care International, Oxfam, Unesco and many further, which operate development aid in Africa.
I would like to make myself a picture, how development aid is used meaningfully or less meaningfully. Heard and read I haved already much and I hope to see by my own eyes to visit some projects how development aid works.
I know that I would have a dilemma between really information and tourist voyourism, as it happens in many places, but this is a possibility of informing me and of carrying the projects to other humans.
A meaningful assistance seem to me the microkredits, which is made available also of United for Africa to the locals.
